​Mary joined our team in 2020 as an administrative assistant.
She is a retired RN from New York, who now lives in North Carolina.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.​
NICOLE VILTRES
Nicole has been assisting Victoria with bookkeeping since she was 12 years old.
She has a strong background in math, and working with numbers. Nicole enjoys her time with her two girls (ages 3 and 6), going to the beach, and playing volleyball.
Nicole loves to volunteer and coach basketball and soccer.

What is virtual bookkeeping?Virtual bookkeeping is the same as traditional bookkeeping, but I am available to work with anyone in the U.S., remotely. I'm able to offer the same quality bookkeeping services from a distance, by accepting secure files, accessing your QuickBooks account, and having regular meetings to review your accounts.

What is your pricing?Our virtual bookkeeping services can be as low as $100 per month, depending on your needs. Controller services begin at $300 per month.

Why should I hire a virtual bookkeeper?In addition to the convenience factor, working with a virtual bookkeeper will save you time and money. Keeping your books in good, working condition is a critical key to a successful business. I don't see myself as just a typical bookkeeper. I go above and beyond to analyze your expenses, receipts, and spending, and let you know if something is off or can be improved upon. You save money in the long run by avoiding very costly financial mistakes. In addition to that, you're saving money by working with me, as a small business, as opposed to a larger, multi-company group. For example, my Controller services will cost you approximtely $3,600 per year, while a multi-company group fees will run approximately $12,000 per year.

Tell me more about your Concierge Services.Our Concierge Services are more of a customized, personalized service. Geared towards individuals, this service allows me to help you pay personal bills, transfer money from financial accounts, and have broker statements recorded to ensure you receive a statement of personal assets, including security, pension accounts. This service is also ideal for Seniors, who may or may not be in Senior homes. If you're seeking financial management for your senior parent, and may live in another state, this can be very helpful. If Mom isn’t paying bills, I'm here to ensure that those bills are paid. I also organize their finances a bit and do my best to give you peace of mind from a distance. With this service, I can provide reports to you or your parent(s), whichever you prefer. Lastly, I can research, call, and obtain quotes for services, such as lawn service, pool service, etc., and will present and hire these services as well.

Why should I choose you over another bookkeeper?I separate myself from a regular bookkeeper by taking the time to really see things. If I see something that's just not right going on, I'm going to compare your previous numbers and tell you. I truly pride myself on keeping you in the loop. If you need controller work vs. bookkeeping, I'll be up front about that. I'll always point out transactions and expenses that appear incorrect, and I want to ensure that all of your expenses are good, and that you're not being overcharged. Lastly, responsiveness is one of my top values, and you deserve to hear back in a timely manner. Expect responsiveness from me always, as well as thorough answers to all of your questions. The way I think about everybody’s business is that it’s also MY business. This is not a job for me. I put my whole heart into everything I do, and I care about this a lot.
